Musical Terrier Dog Ashtray Vintage Made in Japan

Porcelain ashtray is clearly marked Made in Japan and features two little dogs which look like Terriers. One dog has a musical instrument - a lute, guitar or ukelele. The other is holding a bouquet of flowers. Dogs in love, perhaps? Very charming.
Great for holding your rings while washing your hands, paperclips, small jewelry items, or simply on display.
Size: 3" wide x 2" tall x 2 3/8" deep
Condition: Very good. One issue appear to be one that came with the piece - glaze on bowed front does not extend to the bottom. A factory issue; not a damage issue. Made in Japan is clearly stamped in a circle on the bottom in deep reddish brown.
