Truly lovely bone china bell is vintage 1950's. 8 sided rather than round. Hand painted with delicate flowers, ladybugs, butterflies and strawberries. Check out the very top - a strawberry! Vivid colors pop against creamy white.
Maker's sticker label intact. Pattern number 3834 stamped in inside of bell. Ardart, Korea. The double AA Ardalt mark has been sued since 1945 and have also been used on Japanese pieces. (Relates to the Japanese invasions of Korea)
Size: 3 1/2" tall; 2 1/4" in diameter opening.
