Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes.
If you have registered through our website to receive email communications from us, we may use your contact details to send you newsletters, marketing emails or other promotional material. However, you may at any time opt out of receiving such materials by emailing us. When we receive your request, we will remove your contact details from our lists.
Please know that your personal information will never be disclosed to anyone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

How often do you ship?
We strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment.

How do you ship?
We usually ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If you wish your purchase to be shipped via UPS or FedEx please contact us.
Sometimes we have large items that must be picked up locally or the customer will need to make arrangements for shipping. We do not ship outside the United States.

Do you provide insurance?
Insurance is extra, available on request, and is recommended. We will not be responsible for uninsured items after the item leaves our hands.

Do you practice the Golden Rule?
We want you to love your purchase, so please be sure to ask questions before purchasing. Since many of our items come from third party sources, we are not able to provide provenance.
We’re well aware that vintage items have lived a life prior to coming into our life and hope you are, too. They may have lived in smoking environments or in homes with pets. They may even have a bit of that musty odor from storage. If we notice anything untoward about an item, we will share that information with you. If you are allergic or sensitive to odors, dust or dander vintage might not be for you.
We try our best to practice the Golden Rule and treat our customers the way we like to be treated.

What is your return policy?
We love our clients and we want them happy! Our items are vintage and no two pieces are exactly alike. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully - including dimensions and condition. If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we will try to resolve your concerns. Any refunds made will be for the purchase amount only and will not include monies paid for shipping and/or insurance fees. Please be specific about the problems in your email. And please know that we will not issue any refund simply due to Buyer's remorse.
