Vintage 1980s black wood vest embroidered decorative stitches in mustard yellow, forest green, gold, red, and navy blue. Kind of a folk art look. Longer in front than the back. Tag reads Kaktus. Made in India. 70% wool. 30% nylon. Size XL. No pockets.
The look and size of this seem like a men's vest to me, however it buttons right over left, so may be a women's vest. Regardless, definitely a unisex piece. Would make a very hip, bohemian Annie Hall fashion choice.
Size: Labeled XL. 48" around chest at bottom of vest's armpits. 28 1/2" from shoulder seam to bottom peak in front. 22 1/2" from shoulder seam to bottom of peak in back.
Condition: Excellent. I see no rips, tears, pulled embroidery. Looks like never or hardly ever worn.
